As I am sitting here “studying,” I can’t focus, I can’t think, so here I am writing to you all. Sometimes you just come to a point in your day when you’re just like “screw it!” Everyone has those moments, and it is okay. We can’t be human robots forever, right?
I’m thinking back to my travel days… of course. When I traveled to New Zealand, our bus driver’s name was Murray. From day one I was in love with this old man. He had the purest soul and the kindest heart. Throughout the two weeks we traveled with him, not once did I see him frown, complain or be negative. His days revolved around hanging out with a bunch of college students, driving them around from point A to point B, but he made the most out of it. He made us smile, taught us morals, and inspired us with his tales. Murray was so happy that he made everyone around him even happier. He influenced us to take out our negative energies and replace them with something as simple as a smile. He brought me instant happiness, like instant coffee.
Be the Reason Someone Smiles
One day, I want to be so happy that whenever someone sees me, I am the reason they have a smile on their face. The day is today. Yes, I am stressed, but so is the next person. You can either let something as simple as a homework assignment get to you, or make the most out of it. Step out of your bubble and look around you. Bring a smile to the next person you talk to, because that may be the only laughter therapy they get in their day. It takes 26 muscles to smile and 62 muscles to frown. It’s up to you to choose which one.

I had to…
“Be so happy that when others look at you they become happy too”
Till next time,
